Legislative Initiatives

We’re between legislative sessions right now, but as soon as campaign season ends lawmakers will be preparing their bills to take to Austin.

This coming session we expect to see action in several major areas of interest, including a new approach to the issue of personal privacy and the TSA, strong measures against eminent domain abuse and hopefully a comprehensive gaming bill which includes expanded private gaming options and the dismantling of the state lottery.
